Service Description
ioNivelo provides retrofit smart-home control through hardware devices and a companion mobile application. Our service includes device installation, cloud connectivity, and mobile app access.
Installation
Installation is performed by authorized ioNivelo technicians. By scheduling an installation, you agree to provide access to your switchboard and ensure a safe working environment.
Device Ownership
Upon installation, the ioNivelo device becomes your property. Firmware updates are provided as part of the service at no additional cost during the warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
ioNivelo is designed to work with existing electrical wiring. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wiring issues, improper installation by non-authorized personnel, or misuse of the device.
Warranty
Hardware warranty terms are provided at the time of purchase. Firmware updates are provided free of charge during the active service period.
